Two small words will put fear into the eyes of any parent… HEAD, LICE. No one wants to have to deal with head lice but when kids go back to school, head lice can be as common as the common cold. It’s part of childhood and most schools are effected.
Be proactive, teach your children not to share hats, ear muffs, hair accessories, brushes, ear buds or even coats! If your child has long hair, keep it pulled back so it’s not flying around. If you havve a daughter with long hair now is a great time to experiment with braids, ponytails and buns.
